Melbourne Sailing School Terms & Conditions
SAILING SESSIONS
Melbourne Sailing School reserve the right to cancel or postpone any course
or session should conditions be considered to be unsafe for learning.
Sessions postponed will be rescheduled.
Course Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
and may not be refunded for cash.
PRIVACY
All student information will be held private and will only be used by
Melbourne Sailing School to communicate with students via phone, post,
email or newsletter.
Live Aboard courses (cancellation)
Require 14 days notification and acknowledged notice for postponement
or cancellation.
ALL OTHER COURSES
Require 7 days notification and acknowledged notice for postponement or
cancellation.
This includes courses such as One Day Courses, Night Sails and Theory
Courses
INABILITY TO ATTEND: Any student who fails to attend their course
is requested to contact the school as soon as possible. Every possible
attempt will be made to mitigate the students costs, and to let his/her
berth elsewhere. If successful the Student may forfeit their deposit.
If unsuccessful the student will be expected to pay the full fee.
Any Student who fails to arrive, for any reason whatsoever including illness
and has not notified the School, will automatically forfeit the total
monies paid and no liability shall attach to the school whatsoever.
No provision for make up sessions will be made.
REFUNDS
Refunds for payments made are not available for any reason.
PACKAGES
Must be booked and paid in full prior to commencement of courses.

To enroll either Email or call. Payment is required to confirm a booking
as there are limited places available.
We accept major credit cards (visa/master), confirmation of booking will
be forwarded to you by email or post.
